What time do delivery vans deliver in UK?

I ordered a cupcake baking tin and it was meant to be delivered in 5-7 working days.. So it's due at the beginning of this week. What time will it come at, like morning ? Will it be too late now for there to be any chances of it arriving today? thanks!

1. They normally deliver from 7 am until 5.30 pm There is no set time when they will knock your door.
