Would Fedex express know if I work at Fedex Ground?

I used to work at fedex ground about a year ago but i left in bad terms and if I apply to Fedex Express would they know that I work at Fedex Ground or would it come up in there system that I work there.

1. I think there is a 50/50 chance that your SS# number might be checked against their files - sometimes illegals use somebody else's SS numbers and that's how they're caught. If you were to last say 30 days without screwing up - they would probably let you stay, but always remember that any time - they discover that you either lied or withheld information about your employment record - they reserve the right to dismiss you. I've seen a company use that to get rid of someone who was wanting to be promoted or asking for more money. The best advice is - NOT TO LIE - but to present the information in the best light. Yes, I did work for FEDEX Express, but my boss and I didn't agree on certain aspects of my job (and I left - as I had found a job closer or) But if you were fired? Find a good reason.
2. Some of the smaller stores are franchises and do not link to corporate offices, they would not be able to cross reference unless you told them about you prior bad experience.
