Can you reuse postal stamps off another package if never sent the package?
can just cut it out and tape onto a new package? or will not be allowed? how is in UK or USA? if know? thanks fo ryour answers! NOT TALKING ABOUT PEELING THEM OFF..TALKING ABOUT CUTTING THEM OUT AND PASTING ON NEW PACKAGE.

- YES! Because it has never been sent it has never been franked. I have done it myself in the past,peeled it off and then re-adhered it with a prit stick.
- Yes. As you have not used the postal stamps you can use Take care while removing the stamps. If it is torn do not use it.
- Yep. Post Office doesn't care. They care if there's waving black lines running through the stamps.
- Stamps were changed a few months ago, you will see if you look closely they are now duel-layered, there are two oval marks on them, if you try to peal, soak or steam them off they will now fall apart.
