Assistance with Federal and Postal Jobs. Are they real or scams?

Has anyone tried these companies, that for a price, they send you training materials that promise you will pass all the government tests to get a postal or other federal job? One such company, called careeradvancementgroup.com advertises 13 dollar per hour postal jobs. Thanks!

1. There is NO reason to ever pay anyone to get you Federal jobs. And with the whole budget mess this is not the right time to even think of looking for any sort of federal or postal job as hundreds of thousands of these employees are going to be losing their jobs over the next 12 months and will be given priority for any new openings
