Postal Letter

How do you forward a letter to a postal address?

I'm not talking about email. I'm talking about real snail mail. My ex-girlfriend's dad sent her a birthday card but she doesn't live here anymore. I want to forward it to her at her new address. Strangely enough, I couldn't find the answer on usps.com. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
