How do I change my business address to a personal address through USPS?

I am moving from Colorado to Pennsylvania. The address I currently receive mail through is the business address for the company I work for, however, it is also the home address for me and a number of employees who work and live here on the property. USPS says they can't change the address and the company has to forward it. Any thoughts on how I can change my address through USPS??

1. You were informed correctly. USPS will not accept COAs for an individual from any business address. Same thing goes for College Students. The business, or College, has to forward the mail. For First Class mail, they simply write your new address on the mailpiece, scratch or mark out the old one and put it back in the mailstream. It would also be a good idea to notify those that you receive mail from of your nesw address yourself.
