What does package transferred to post office mean ?

So i bought some school pants online & I have been tracking the order. I know I should get my package tomorrow (tuesday) but I checked my order again today & it says "package transferred to post office mean". So what does that mean? Do I have to go pick it up at the post office or should I wait for it to come to my house? P.S the company that has my package is UPS not Fedex.

1. I believe it means the Post Office received the package now you can pick it up there or you can wait for it to come on Tuesday from the Post Office.
2. These companies give the post office parcels to deliver. It is the last mile program. It will come with your regular mail tomorrow. Do not go to the post office to pick it up. You will be wasting your time.
