Does the military postal service check your package to see if u are not sending illegal stuff?

I ordered a bunch of supplements online and added ephedra and some pro horomones that i believe is illegal now, does the military postal service look through your package and stuff like that?

1. my husband lives in Germany... i have sent him many packages and not one of them has been opened by customs or anyone cause i make it so he would know... are you in AIT??? or wut?
