Postal Letter

I deleted a change of address confirmation that I did online. Is it possible to retrieve it somehow?

I changed my address with usps online a received a confirmation in my email. I was going through my email and deleted it. I don't remeber if it was 3 or 6 months ago. Is it possible to retrieve that information back. I really need it. Tried the post office with no help from them.
