How is the current job market for UPS or Fedex pilots? Is that likely to improve or get worse in 5-10 years?

Also, what is the recommended educational/job training path in order to become a UPS or Fedex pilot? Any programs that tend to be more successful than others?

1. the demand for commercial pilots is said to increase 5% this year. obviously you have to go to flight school. fedex pilots make $240.00 an hour.
