YEE-HAW postal rates in the USA?

How much money does a "standard business letter" cost nowadays? I am mailing my telephone bill from Texas to "Yee-haw!" Tennessee. I haven't snail-mailed letters for so long and I have let all the media attention about rises in postal rates "fly overhead" since the rise was announced in the 1960's about rising above 10c's. %how far will my bill go if I pay with this 10c stamp? If not far enough, how many coins should I tape on the outside of the envelope?

1. A standard letter costs a .41 cent stamp. If you tape coins to the outside of your letter, it will not be delivered and your bill will be late. Stop by your grocery store and buy a book of stamps, or go to the post office and buy a stamp. You wont be sorry.
