How come nobody is talking or fighting for the 200,000 postal jobs that could be lost?

they make them pay their penion ahead for 75 years , and then act like they are in more trouble than they are. they could ease those penion mandatory payments and make some moderate changes. what are they going to do with those penion funds. somebody stands to lose 500,000 votes. why is fox news and cnn.news not reporting anything. It almost seems the the republicans had this planed when they made it manditory to prepay pension funds 75 years ahead. nobody is making any noise on this , why , why,why,

1. Yeah.. it's obviously all about paying pensions. I mean the fact that mail traffic is about 1/3 what it was a decade ago couldn't have anything to do with it, right?
2. Good question we love love our post office, but have no voice in the matter. By the way, who took the money and who allowed it to go?
3. The Republicans have been sowing seeds of hate for working people for a couple of years now. All the publicity about lazy government workers, lazy union workers, 'bad' teachers, its all part of a plan to shut us up when they lay off people with their smaller government ideas. The reality of the outcome of their beliefs is that we will have fewer jobs, which will increase the unemployment figures, and then, next election they can complain that Obama hasn't 'created' any jobs. They love their party far more than they love their country, and it's becoming apparent to even those at the bottom.
