  1. If they want your checking account number then they are fake and trying to steal from you be very careful.
  2. I t would be ok till you get to the part of this deal where they want bank or personal info to deposit check.
  3. Yes, of course it's a scam. There are about a million identifying characteristics there, but the biggest one of all is the mention of Western Union.
  4. 100% SCAM Read Western Union's own warning https://wumt.westernunion.com/WUCOMWEB/staticMid.do?method=load&pagename=Security_FraudTypes&countryCode=US&languageCode=en "Mystery Shopping There are multiple ways this type of fraud can occur. For this example we will use one ‎of the most common. Fraudsters contact victims through employment websites and ask them to evaluate the ‎Western Union Money Transfer‎®‎ service. The fraudster sends the victim a check and ‎instructs them to deposit the check and use the funds to send a money transfer. The ‎victim sends the money transfer and the fraudster picks it up and when the check ‎bounces the victim is left responsible. ‎" REAL mystery shopping pays $5-10 per assingment, never more. Real mystery shopping will never send you checks upfront or ask you to wire money through Western Union. Real mystery shopping will never send you out on your first assignment until you've been to their office to fill out an application, filled out an I-9 and W-4 form, and attending an orientation/training session
