Postal Letter

I have a question about the postal service in my city?

I keep receiving mail from someone I have a restraining order against and I was wondering how I could get a hold of the postmaster in my state and city: Madison, WI and tell them to stop forwarding me mail from that address. My question is how do I get ahold of the Postmaster?

1. go to the nearest post office?
2. If you have an RO against someone and they are continuing to send you mail then you need to contact the court and/or the police. That is a violation of the RO. The post office can't pick and choose what mail is delivered to you.
