Why is hundreds of US Post offices closing down when Obama had 3 years to fix it?

UT OH! Maybe the workers should have gotton pay cuts? Maybe the prices of mailing stuff skyrocketed too much? So people stopped using the US Post office to ship stuff- LIKE ME! Maybe the US Postal service hired more workers, just to make it look like Obama created more jobs? Maybe Obama has no idea what he's doing? Maybe Obama knows exactly what he's doing, and likes destruction?
