What postal service's tracking numbers start with RA?

I just ordered something off Ebay and the tracking number i was sent started with RA. I was wondering what postal service that is with? Thanks!

1. The item was sent from China, RA stands for "Registered Airmail". Can either be the USPS or FedEx. Hope I helped, -Gaylord
2. Items starting with an R are sent as Registered. If the item number ends in "US" it is a domestic registered item. Other letters will indicate the country of origin. CN is China, DE is Germany, etc... Domestic Registered mail is the most secured and is sent in locked bags and signed off for at each transfer. It is also one of the longest deliver services since it is the most secure. Registered items from other countries arrive in containers and go through customs first. Once through customs, they are transferred to the postal service for delivery.
