I found "Payment of charges - Item being held, addressee being notified" On USPS Tracking. What to do next?

I bought a film camera from US and I found this on my tracking history "Payment of charges - Item being held, addressee being notified". The item was shipped by USPS. I know that I have to pay some charges to collect may parcel but does anyone know where and when I have to go and pay (I live in Southampton)?

1. As you say you bought it from USA I take it you are in Southampton UK. If you look at the tracking payment notice there must be a contact address or telephone number there. If not go to your local Post Office Sorting Office and enquire. Do not go to a sub post office.
