Can I send something via USPS Priority Mail if I am just using a regular box?
I want to print my postage label at home (which I can do for Priority Mail). But the item is just slightly larger than the standard USPS Priorty Mail boxes. So I want to send it back using the original box that the product was shipped in, but still be able to print posage at home for Priority Mail. This is in addition to my other question (my first one asked here at Answers), so hope I don't delete the prior questions I had.... I usually prepare the package at home and drop it in the Priority Mail box at my PO. So I won't have access to any special tape right now. Still okay to do, as long as I mark the package "Priority" in clear large letters?

- Yes as long as you aren't trying to use the Priority flat rate, it'll be fine; they'll just sticker it "Priority" at the PO.
- As far as I know you can. I've sent many things priority in my own box. The post office will probably mark your package with special priority tape and maybe even a priority stamp. I would say you're good to go.
- Absolutely! just use regular packing tape or go to USPS.com and they'll send you FREE Priority mail packing tape. Just make sure you specify PRIORITY on your package in permanent marker.
- Yes you can send any package priority, but you have to pay for it
