How to get a full-time job in fedex or UPS?

What's the requirements to get your foot in one of these companies? Is it hard to get in? Where do I start?

1. The majority of entry level positions are part time package handler positions. Some larger facilities and hubs do have full time package handler positions. FedEx does not have a union and UPS does have a union, so the way I see it, if you are smart, educated and motivated, work as hard as possible for FedEx and get noticed. If you don't feel you have those qualities, then work for UPS and senority will be your deciding factor. Hope that helps!
