We are trying to buy a commerical truck or van for our business, what are the pros and cons of both choices?

We are a business that sell Pools, Spas and Billiards and are trying to figure out whats better for us to buy; a commerical truck or van. We currently have one commerical truck that we use for delivery and for service maintenance on pools. Most people pick up their stuff so we hardly do delivery. Our maintence service is increasing in high demand over the past two years, so we decided to leave the old truck we currently have for delivery purposes and buying the new van or truck for our maintence service. 1. Generally the vans have better reliability ratings than the trucks ( Consumer Reports is free at the library), but the edge is slim. The idea of being able to lock the van and have all materials out of view is attractive. The only question would be the "comfort" quotient.... do the pool workers prefer to grab items out of the truck bed rather than crawl into the back of the van to find something.
