Pc world knowhow collection/delivery guys?

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone could put my mind at ease. I arranged to have my laptop picked up and taken for repair, they gave me a day and job number to confirm. The man called me and told me they will be at mine in 30mins. They came and I confirmed the job number and signed the sheet which had all the Collections they need to do. Everything seems fine but the only thjng that is kind of worrying me is that when I looked out my window the van was a hire vehicle (north gate to be precise). I was just wondering does anyone know that they use these vehicles or should I be worried.

1. You will find a lot of companies now lease their fleets because of the cost of buying and maintaining them. Leasing companies also help each other by lending vehicles to each other, so I wouldn't read too much into that. If they had all the right and correct paperwork then it's highly unlikely that anything would be amiss!
2. I'm Assuming your with 'Whatever happens insurance' Which is actually a decent insurance and when my missus broke.. Our laptop they picked up & Replaced it within 30days as they.. Tried but could not fix it (We went the shop & Choose a replacment) I Wouldn't Worry as they had the Paperword (Job Number & their signature) Hoep it helps :)
