How do I get a new address added to the post office database?

Comcast won't allow me to sign up for services because my newly developed condo isn't in the post office database. I'm receiving mail just fine. Anyway, neither the post office nor Comcast can tell me how I get it added to this database. Any ideas?

1. Did you speak with someone in person at the Post Office/Comcast? I'd suggest going higher and higher on the food chain until you get supervisors or people with actual knowledge.
