Postal rates in Texas?

I want to send a scarf to a friend in Indiana and I wanted to know how much it cost to send it. I know I have to buy a box and what not and I want to know how much it is before going to the postal office. Thanks.

1. go to their website. https://www.usps.com go to calculate a price. BTW they do not do flat rate out of the US unless it is going to a member of the armed US forces.
2. WHY are all of you people so g*df*kind*am STUPID? Seriously. Since WHEN do you think states have their own post offices and postal rates, I want to know who told you that. NOW.
