Postal Letter

Ebay & international postage rates. I had 2 winning bidders from Europe who paid for USPS Intl flat rate boxes

When I go to print their labels in paypal, there is no option for this service and the fees are over $25 when my bidders paid for a flat fee. I am thinking of taking them to the post office and get the flat rate boxes for these items both weighing less than 2 lbs. How much will it be? Will I get hosed?
