Is there any postal jobs where a commercial art degree might come in useful?

What about designing stamps or something?

2. How about no. Being a postal employee is not design, it is head it up and move it out.
3. While the Post Office hires many people for clerk, mailroute and driver positions, they also hire administrative positions too, particularly for the DC headquarters.
