How can you start a postal job, Full tine?

I want to move to AZ and I think it would be cool if I got a job in the postal service. USPS. But I heard its not full time in the start. Or is it. How do I become full time in the start of a postal job, do you have to get a good score on the exam.

1. good score is required ..file an apllication ,daily go to that office observe and have patience
2. It is part-time in name only. When I began in 1999, part-time workers were working 55+ hours a week. Naturally a good score is imperative, as well as a clean driving record, and a clean drug test. Best wishes!
