how can i find the announcement number for a postal job in nyc?

I've tried applying online and stuff but i keep needing this announcement number. but i cant find the number for nyc. any ideas?

1. https://uspsapps.hr-services.org/ Click on "continue" to search for announcements by state. You can skip the box for the annoucements by clicking on Continue on this screen. Select New York and then "continue." Then, it will list for you all the annoucements. Good luck.
