Postal Letter

Who understands the new USPS rate system?

You have to know weight, if it's a "large" envelope, and even if it isn't, a #10 envelope could be considered "large" if it's rigid, and perhaps even be considered a parcel.

  1. I find it easier to just go to the post office instead of trying to figure things out from the web site.
  2. Go to the USPS website and you should be able to find the dimensions. If you're truly unsure, go to your local post office. Most post office workers will be happy to help. Only a few will shoot at you. EDIT: Wasn't aware of the new international rate system until just Weds... Oops!
