Shipping from NJ to Ontario. How long via standard united postal??

Hi there, I purchased a jacket via ebay on the 20th of January and it was shipped on the 21st. It's been tied up at the border since the 27th. How long should it take to reach me?? I spent a lot of money on it and I'm really looking forward to receiving it. Any ideas on length of delivery??
