Are 41 cent postal stamps still valid for 2008?

I'm not sure about this and I don't want to waste my 2 cent stamps if the 41 cent ones are still valid by themselves. Help please.

1. Yep. There has been no postal increase I know of. Those liberty stamps stay valif forever too - so if the cost moves up to $1 a stamp, you can still use the 41 cent liberty stamp as if it were worth $1.
