  1. You have to buy US stamps to use the US postal service. The amounts will vary by destination. Go to the post office with your mail and postcards and they will deal with each piece individually depending on size and where you are sending it.
  2. I'm pretty sure you have to use US stamps. You don't have to buy stamps tho. You can just go to the post office and pay exact postage and they will give you a sticker for that amount. This is so you don't pay more for stamps than you will use. I'm positive that postage for postcards is... 0.26$ for regular postcards 0.41$ for large post cards To anywhere outside the US its.. 0.90$
  3. In any country, when you mail an item, you ALWAYS use the stamps from the country you are mailing from. Always. So if you wanted to send a postcard to India from US, you always use US stamps. Also, the postage rate for mailing a postcard from US to US, is .26. If it is longer or larger, it is .41. From US to Canada or Mexico, is .69 From US to India or other countries, is .90 Remember to use US stamps!
