James Bond 007 commemorative stamps from UK postal?

Is anyone familiar with theses? Do they have much appreciation value OUTSIDE of the UK?

1. The source below shows a picture of them. Their post offices seem to be still selling them for £3.36 the set, so it hard to imagine them being worth more than about US $6.55 anywhere else.
