How long will USPS delivery take?

i ordered an item from ebay. the shipping was USPS Priority Flat Rate Envelope. the guys said he's shipping monday from Pennsylvania. i live in California. how long will it take?

1. probably about one week
2. the USPS claims that Priority Mail should take about 2-3 business days. I've shipped from New England to the West Coast and it normally takes about 3 days.
