I have not received my stimulus rebate check yet?

My paper check should of been mailed out no later than July 11th. I still have not received my check. I do not owe any back taxes and I did file my taxes in January '08. I did change my mailing address back in May. I notified the US Postal service of the address change,but did not think it would be necessary to notify the IRS since the US Postal service had my address. Is there anyway to confirm the location of my check? Thank you!

1. Enter your info at https://sa2.www4.irs.gov/irfof/IRServlet?app=IRACTC&selectLanguage=en - if it says it was mailed, file form 8822 with the IRS to change your address, and notify them that you didn't get it. Some post offices forward government checks, but some return them as undeliverable.
2. You can send in Form 8822 as Judy suggested, but it's quicker to call the IRS at 1-800-829-0582, extension 726 and change it over the phone. It's quicker once you get to the phone rep, that is. Be prepared to wait on hold for awhile.
3. my ss ends in 99 and I have not received my check either. I also changed my address in May but did not notify the IRS. Please let me know if you have any luck finding out what should be done.
