what does it mean when it says US postal service priority mail? and what does it mean when it says US postal service priority mail flat rate envelope?

1. priority mail usually takes less time to get to the recipient. usually within 2 days. flat rate envelope means it doesn't matter how much the item weighs, you pay one cost because of the envelope.
