Using Standard Flat Rate Shipping Service USPS from an ebay seller, how long should package delivery take?

The package is 1 to 2 lbs. and the item is shipping is in the same state: From... Burnet, Texas (Close to Austin).... To... Houston, Texas.

1. Shipping from Texas to Texas is one day. Its just going ground so you should get it the following day by 4:00 PM
2. Probably 2 days, but it's hard to know when it actually went. When they tell you it has shipped, sometimes they just mean they have sent the pickup notice to the USPS, and their tracking system is very unreliable.
3. There is no such service name from USPS. Standard Flat Rate Shipping on Ebay simply means that the seller is charging a fixed rate, no matter where the buyer lives. It can also mean any class of mail. Usually the cheapest class is what the seller chooses. I would guess that the seller would use Parcel Post and you should have the package delivered in 2-5 days.
