Whats the best path to becoming an Air Traffic Controller?

Im looking to find a new job and my Grandfather said this was the field to shoot for. Im having no luck in Ohio with an Associates in Computer Scioence and an Associates in Electrical Engineering. I might have to change fields :( Any Suggestions??? He also suggested the US Postal Service (he was a post master).

3. The FAA occasionally hires walk-ins but it rare. The best way to go about is one of the few schools that offer ATC becoming a controller or you could join the air force. You wont regret it-its the best job there is!!
