What happens to your mail when you go on vacation for a week?

Suppose you don't fill out a hold form at the post office. The mail fills up your mailbox after a couple days. What happens to the rest of the mail that doesnt fit?

1. I already answered this question. Why did you ask it again? They do not take it back, they just keep shoving it in there if it doesn't fit anymore they'll put it on the ground.

4. This happened to me once. They took all the mails back to the post office. They kept them and other mails that came later there until I went to pick them up. The best thing to do is to call your local post office ask them what they do. I guess if the mailman doesn't like you, he may act on his own, too. Be careful.
